How do you provide estimates?
Due to the high number of inquiries, we usually give price estimates for Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing in Beverly Hills & L.A. County over the phone if we can find enough information about your property online. However, if we cannot establish a realistic price range for the services requested over the phone, we will always send an estimator to give a free on site estimate.
How much do you charge for your service?
Pricing depends on property size, layout, access, and condition. Most residential window cleaning projects in Los Angeles can be estimated quickly based on experience with local home styles.
For larger projects over $750, a $250 prepayment may be required to reserve the scheduled appointment. This amount is applied toward the total service cost.
For convenience, we also provide an instant online estimate tool so customers can view pricing without needing to call. All pricing is confirmed clearly before service begins.
Do you need to visit the property for a quote?
In most cases we can provide accurate estimates over the phone based on our experience with Los Angeles residential properties, along with online tools such as Redfin, Zillow, and realtor.com. Larger or more complex estates may require additional review and a free on-site consultation.

Standard window cleaning is designed for clarity and maintenance. Severe hard water staining or restoration-level work may require a specialized service beyond standard cleaning.
